• If you purchased via Ticketmaster your ticket will be refunded to the original credit card automatically.
   
• This form is for REFUND INSTRUCTION REQUESTS for HARD LA / M.I.A. July 17th tickets purchased at local retail stores ONLY. Inquiries of any other nature will be deleted in the interest of speedy service.
   
• Refund amount will not exceed the face value of each ticket.
   
• All refund requests are processed by live human beings and therefore may require as much as three business days for a direct response.
