In 2009 fanny packs were ok to wear. I'm not 100% sure this year. You could ask one of the forum administrators Yuki or Tom, they will be able to give you and answer.

Hey it wasn't letting me reply on your discussion I read that backpacks are NOT permitted so I'm guessing any backpack of any sort. Also not permitted OVERSIZED purses... so I would think that means if its a SMALL purse it should be okay that's my bet but I could be wrong. You should ask Yuki on her page though that's where I read the Oversized purse thing.

Unfortunately, no back packs of any kind allowed.
