COSTUMES: Halloween costumes are welcomed and encouraged. The following restrictions apply: no mock weapons or items that may be employed as a weapon. No Los Angeles Police, Fire or Sheriff department costumes. All items are subject to search; bulky items may delay entrance.

Why not try and get creative? May be by making a costume that has those microlights on to them? They are LED diodes btw.
