YO GARYYYYY i have a hard SUMMER and an LA tick.. i need a refund fo both... it's july 13th and i have yet to see refund info for MIA. still haven't seen refunds for last summer... please don't jew us again.

nope they wont even respond to my emails!!!! i have not gotten a single response since i sent in my tickets and i sent them about 6 weeks ago!!! does anyone know who we can contact? or what we steps we can take next? does anyone from the hard team even read these forums because they should because we want our refunds

I just made an account to get some answers.

I filled the form out at around the beginning of August. I didn't get a response so I filled out the form again two weeks ago with an e-mail I know I used.

I went on the Facebook page last night and commented, asking people if they've gotten their refunds. I checked back today, my comment mysteriously disappeared. WTF!

My mom is beyond pissed and is thinking about filing a lawsuit against HARD.

Please HARD, save the embarrassment and just give us our refunds. -__-

i sent in my ticket almost 7 weeks ago and still haven't received the motherfucking refund. WHERE THE FUCK ARE OUR REFUNDS HARD?!

Are you sure u wrote the correct address and a return address just incase? for all you know you might of written the wrong address and no return address on that envolope. if that's the case well ur out of luck.

99% of the refund checks have been mailed out thanks for your patience.
