Do balcony ticket holders have access to the main floor? Do main floor ticket holders have access to the balcony? What's the difference? And how do I get to the orchestra pit on the main floor?

Balcony tickets have access to the Balcony and lounge, but do not grant access to the Main Floor. Floor ticket holders will have access to floor, lounge, and balcony. For the safety of all guests, Club Nokia staff will direct you based on availability and ticket type.


Club Nokia offers two primary areas to experience the show: The Main Floor general admission and the Balcony general admission. The Main Floor is standing room only and located ground floor in front of the stage. The Balcony is above the main floor overlooking the stage. The Balcony consists of spacious retractable theater style seating. The first rows of the balcony are reserved VIP seating. There are no seat assignments for the general admission Balcony level; seating is on a first come, first serve basis.

Access to the Orchestra Pit Area (in front of the Stage) is limited in number. For access to the pit, you must have the wristband designated by Club NOKIA Management. VIP/ Backstage/ All Access credentials do not give you access to the Pit Area. Wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to Floor Ticket holders. Once all wristbands are distributed, no more will be allocated for any show.

I heard the pit only holds around 100 people. Is that true? First time at Club Nokia, but I saw that online somewheres. I guess great if you make it 3hrs prior to doors and hang out, not so great if you just get there early. :-/

I was a bit dissapointed with the Nokia staff... They wouldnt allow me to the balcony and i had floor tickets.

Then i left the pit to get a cocktail and when i returned they said i wasnt allowed... I showed them my wristband and they still refused. I had to climb over the gate to find my girlfriend and friends.

Why did i show up early for a wristband if it didnt do any good haha.

Hope that in the future they manage the amount of people they hand the wristbands out to.
