I bought two tickets for saturday, but something came up unexpectedly, I have a friend who I want to transfer the tickets to. The thing is the tickets are will call, is tthere anyway he can pick up the tickets? I can give him a copy of my CC and my ID. Or is there anyways I can somehow pickup the tickets on friday, I'm going to have to leave town that day. Any suggestions?

You can give them a copy of your ID and credit card. Go to groovetickets.com to verify this information.

When you do will call I think it has to be the day of the event so you can't pick them up on Friday, but you can copy your Credit Card front and back and your ID. I had a friend do that with mine before but rules change so I am not 100% sure.

Yep, has to be the day of the event as will call won't be open on Friday.

I looked on grooves site, it looks like it's cool if I make a copy of my CC and ID and send it. Thanks for your help
