Any thoughts on who will be a surprise guest and what day they'll play on?

I'm going to Spookfest (Dada Life, Fake Blood, Wolfgang Gartner, & Felix Cartal :-D) up here in the Bay on Friday, then cruising down south and going to Day 2! So. Fucking. Stoked.

I have no idea on any surprise guests

Even though I would die from happiness on the spot if Daft Punk is the surprise guest, I don't really see them playing an event like HARD as one of their first gigs back. Personally, I would love the surprise guest to be Justice. A lot of Ed Banger guys (Busy P does run that shit) are already there on Saturday, so it might not be too much of a stretch to see Xavier and Gaspard on Sunday. I hope. :-)

Daft actually came out to close with Phoenix. Thomas and Guy used to be in a band, Stardust, with the guitarist from Phoenix, so that's most likely why they appeared with them.

I can't even predict who it's going to be, but I have a gut feeling it's gonna be off the hook.

Why would Daft Punk be at HARD a small event compared to other music festivals like Coachella and all insomanic events, but daft punk would sell out the whole LA coliseum if they wanted to let's be real.

@Velvetikka yeah daft punk played with phoenix but it makes complete sense because they were friends when they were young and started a project named darlin' with Laurent Brancowitz from phoenix so it was like a reunion show so yeah

yeah it would seem really unlikely for Daft Punk to be playing at this. but there is a good point that since busy p is there, there is a chance of Daft PUnk showing up.

I believe it will be a guest from the previous night. Meaning could be any one that played on Saturday. That's what HARD did last year.

I read all stuff above and complied a list of all the possibilities (I automatically took off people that can't be there or that have played at Hard before). Skrillex, Le Castle Vania, Major Lazer, Felguk, Miike Snow, and Daft Punk.
