HARD Message Board

I ordered my ticket for HARD haunted mansion september 7th, it was charged to my credit card, but still have not received the tickets in the mail (it's oct 2 now)? Is this something to be worried about or do they sometimes not come until a few days before the event? When I go to my purchase history on groovetickets it still says Standard Mail pending, anyone else have that?!

Invalid address? Call groove tickets, they should be able to give ya answers.

Yeah dude, check your receipt if you put the right address

In received my ticket about a week or so after purchasing it.

That happen to me for Nocturnal guess it got shipped to my home but since I wasn't here to answer the door it got shipped back and had to do will call. They sent me an email though so you should check it.

check if your receipt says "will call" @Brandon

Maybe someone made an evil clone of you and that clone took the mail that day and deliverd your ticket to its master?
