It is indeed 18 and over. I can only speculate on the security... Some events have endorced private security with professional ID scanners and some use the special dark lights to see if the ID has the right reflective markings.

Just remember there is a reason why its 18+ and its because of the Girl at EDC who lied about her age why things are so strict now. You dont want to do something that puts the party/promoters at risk.

I am glad you enjoyed the event but just use your best judgement :D

I feel you man... I believe people under the age of 18 (but over 16) should be able to attend because music is for everyone... These days young people are just too stupid in numbers for that to happen. I am turning 25 in November so i wish you best luck fellow Scorpio!

Early signs point to yes on passports, but with additional scrutiny. 18 is 18, kids. If it's not your ID, don't expect to get in.

My personal views: the concept of "adulthood" in America is totally arbitrary (18 laps around the sun?). But even if it is arbitrary, these rules can, will, and should be enforced. It's for the safety of all patrons. We plan to continue the HARD Haunted Mansion into 2011 and beyond. If you turn 18 in 2012, be thankful Destructo will continue to produce safe events with jaw-dropping talent.

@Akiro I think they shouldn't but most likely will be accepted. Main reason, school I.D.'s can be easily altered or counterfeit. HHM 10 is 1 month away you still have time to go and obtain a legal state I.D.

He couldn't reach his wife on her cell phone that day, and reported them missing when the girls didn't get off the school bus.
