No Professional Cameras?
  • BioFreak69BioFreak69 August 2010

Just noticed that under security for HARD Summer it says "professional cameras" will not be permitted. What does that mean? Anyone know what cameras are considered professional? I want to bring my camera in but don't want to stand in a long line and get turned away. I'm afraid that security might think that because my camera has a detachable lens that its pro, even though its a micro and far from being professional. Anyone know?

    Thanks

D-SLR's are not permitted. A small snapshot camera is fine.

Hey I kind of have the same question...in that same list, they talk about "video cameras", what does that mean? Like the regular digital cameras with a video recording feature? Becuase I'll be planning to take mine and I don't want to get rejected >.

Hmm, I'm assuming since my cam looks like a small DSLR, which its not, because it lacks a mirror box, sensor size and is a micro 4/3 cam, they wont let it in? Aw, whats the point of this rule? No love for artists? lol
