HARD Message Board

Hello~ this is going to be my first hard concert and I'm used to going to raves. I've gone over the rules, but I have more specific questions. no kandi as in, no homemade beads? what about bead necklaces/bracelets store bought?
i heard somewhere that you cant have eyewear and hats? from what ive seen from last year a bunch of people were wearing sunglasses and hats.

From what I remember is that people were forced to throw away their kandi, but I think other kinds of braceletes such as one made of thread is fine because I was wearing a single one and they let me in. Also I'm rather sure there was no rules against sunglasses and hats because I took a hat and no one bothered me. Also, no gloves with lights in them ("lightshow" gloves).
